Work layers  /  Roofer

Roofer.

A supplement evidence package that adjusters actually accept — photographed, measured, dated, and organised by slope. $59, once.

How a job goes

Built around the order you actually work in.

Not a generic service form with a notes box at the bottom. The fields are the ones that matter on this job, and the document at the end is the one your customer expects.

  • Document the roof

Slope by slope, with photos, measurements and damage marked. Test squares photographed with the chalk still on them.

  • Record the conditions

Date of loss, weather event, claim number and the adjuster's name. All in one place so the file is findable in six weeks.

  • Build the package

Findings, photos and quantities assembled into one document you can send without spending an evening on it.

  • Track the ladder

Inspection, adjuster meeting, supplement submitted, approval, build. Each step with a date and a reference number.

What it records

Property and claim number · date of loss and event · adjuster and carrier · slope-by-slope findings with photos · test squares · measurements and quantities entered manually · material and layers · claim milestones with dates · signatures.

What it won't do

It doesn't write estimates in any carrier's format and it doesn't do automated takeoff. Quantities are the ones you measured. What it does is make the evidence undeniable and easy to send.

Works with no signal

Do the whole job offline — photos and all — and it syncs itself when you're back in range.

Honest note

If I got a word wrong, tell me and I'll fix it for everybody.

There's a button inside every work layer that sends me a message. I read all of them myself. When a fix ships because someone told me, it goes in the changelog with a thank-you.
