  • Find the unit

    Each piece of equipment is its own record — make, model, serial, install date, and everything ever done to it.

  • Take your readings

    Suction, liquid, superheat, subcool, temperature split, static pressure. Numbers with units, the way a real startup sheet looks.

  • Log parts and refrigerant

    What went in, what came out, how much. Recorded, not remembered.

  • Set the next service

    Interval on the unit, so the reminder comes to you rather than the customer noticing first.

What it records

Equipment make, model and serial · readings with units · refrigerant type and amount added or recovered · parts with numbers · findings and recommendations · service interval and next due · technician and certification · customer signature.

What it won't do

It doesn't do Manual J, load calculations or duct sizing. Those run through approved software and an engineer's judgement — Sterling records the result and attaches the document.

Works with no signal

Do the whole job offline — photos and all — and it syncs itself when you're back in range.
