Your business in plain English.

Who owes you, what's coming up, what the month looks like — and your trade's work layers first in the menu, because they're the point.

Getting started

From bought to running in five steps

  1. Buy it once

Pick a tier on the pricing page. One payment — there is no step where a subscription starts.

  2. Sign in

BackOffice runs in any browser at app.sterlingesolutions.com — sign in with the email you bought with. Nothing to install.

  3. Set up your business

Name, logo, tax rate, invoice preferences. Five minutes, once.

  4. First client, first invoice

Add a client, raise an invoice, send it with a payment link. That's the whole loop — everything else builds on it.

  5. Pair a phone (Business tiers)

Crew Registry → Add OfficeKit → type the code into the phone. The field app tour below shows what the phone side looks like.
